MyJam is the largest online cultural grocery & food retailer in the UK. You can browse and buy over 6,500 products from cultures including Middle Eastern, Egyptian, Turkish and more. It's the best selection you'll find in one place, and we deliver nationwide 7 days a week.

I have a question about delivery

Where does MyJam deliver?

We deliver nationwide in the UK. So whether you're in Norwich, Glasgow, or closer to us in NW10, we'll deliver your favourite cultrural groceries to your doorstep.

How long does delivery take?

We'll deliver your order within 1-3 days. It will be as quick as we can, but may depend on the number of different partners we're sourcing your items from. This is to ensure you receive the best quality items.

How much is delivery?

Here at MyJam we charge one flat fee for delivery, regardless of how much you order. You'll pay just £4.99.

How will I know when my order will arrive?

As soon as your order has been dispatched by us, we'll notify you by email. You will also be contacted on the day of delivery with confirmation of your delivery slot. We deliver 7 days a week.

How do you deliver meat and cold products to ensure they're fresh?

We're extreemly careful with our packaging and only use the very best ice packs to keep the temperature of cold items perfectly cool while they're in transit. Our ice packs keep cold items chilled for 48 hours but your order will only be in transit for up to 24 hours. If you're ever concerned about your delivery then just get in touch.

I have a question about my order

My order still hasn't arrived. Who do I contact?

If you'd like to find out where your order is, and you haven't received an email update from us, or our courier, then please contact care@myjam.com

I have a damaged item, what should I do?

It's our aim that everything you order arrives in good shape. If this hasn't happend, just get in touch and we'll be happy to sort it out.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Oops! In the very rare occassion that you receive something by mistake, or something is missing, please get in touch with us straight away.

I have items missing from my order. Will I get a refund?

If we're unable to send you an item then we'll refund you. Refunds will take 3-5 working days to show on your card statement.

I received my items but I'd like a refund. What should I do?

Where do you source your products from?

The reason we're able to offer you such a wide range of amazing products is because we're connected with over 60 independent Grocers, Butchers, Manufacurers, Delis and Independent Chefs. We're supporting local to bring you the most authetic and best quality items for your weekly shop.

Where do you source your meat from?

We only source our fresh Halal certified meat from the very best butchers in London. Whichever butcher fulfils your order, you can rest assured that it's up to the same high standards. If we mention a particular supplier on our website your item will only come from that supplier, guaranteed.

Where can I see the Food Hygene Rating of your suppliers?

All of our suppliers are registered with the Food Standards Agency. You can search for ratings on the Food Standards Agency website.
