One of the most popular dishes in Iran – fluffy basmati rice cooked with fragrant dill, broad beans and saffron. Can be eaten on its own or with one of our main meals.

Ingredients:
Basmati rice (88%), salt, water, broad beans (9%), dill, saffron, rapeseed oil, non dairy butter.

Cooking instructions:
Microwave:
1. Microwave for 4 minutes on 800 watt
2. Take out of microwave and stir through
3. Return to microwave and heat for a further 2 minutes
Oven:
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas mark 4
2. Remove sleeve and heat in centre of oven for 30-35 mins
3. Take out of oven and stir
